Once you place your order, your order is final, non-cancellable and nonrefundable. If you are concerned about when your order will arrive you need to contact us for an ETA before placing your order.
You will be charged at time of placing a Pre-Order. If we are unable to commence shipping one-year from order placement, we will provide a full-refund at your request. No discounts, refunds or credits will otherwise be offered due to any such delays.
All eta’s provided are done so in good faith and are based on estimates provided to us by suppliers. We accept no responsibility or liability for any issue that may arise as a result of a provided eta. See liability section in our Terms of Service for further information
